Task: conversation and participants

Find a question and its decision.

Use the fictional Aurora Page example in a test project. For assistant requests, write in the indicated lead or worker chat. Perform the remaining steps in the panel.

Steps

  1. Open Conversation in the copy task and identify each comment’s author, author type and time.

  2. Search for a word from a comment. Search is literal and case-sensitive. Combine author type and a participant.

  3. Ask the lead to record the answer to the question on the task. Clear filters to compare the question and decision.

Request for the assistant chat
Record the contact-button wording question and the lead’s decision in this task’s comments.

Check the result

Conversation displays comments persisted in Bee Team. An assistant needs to record a decision on the task to share it there.

If the record is missing, clear the section’s filters, check active or archived registration where that control exists, and confirm the correct team, board or task. A connection failure appears as an error and requires a retry.

Open the example screen

Copy the record address from your own panel. Preserve its slug and change only the tab parameters as shown below. The example path describes navigation and needs your actual record.

/app/tasks/<slug>?tab=comments

Paste the address copied from the open task. The link below changes only the tab and preserves your service address.
