Agent: Chats and filters

Find a registered chat reference.

Use the fictional Aurora Page example in a test project. For assistant requests, write in the indicated lead or worker chat. Perform the remaining steps in the panel.

Steps

  1. In the worker profile, open Chats.

  2. Search by name. In Harness, use its exact registered value; choose active or archived records and a creation period.

  3. Check the displayed date timezone. Open the external reference when a link is available.

Request for the assistant chat
Check whether the worker’s current chat has a registered reference. Record only actual harness reference data.

Check the result

The reference opens in the external service. The list records references and alone does not establish whether a session is currently running.

If the record is missing, clear the section’s filters, check active or archived registration where that control exists, and confirm the correct team, board or task. A connection failure appears as an error and requires a retry.

Open the example screen

Copy the record address from your own panel. Preserve its slug and change only the tab parameters as shown below. The example path describes navigation and needs your actual record.

/app/agents/<slug>?agent.tab=chats
