Terms of use

Using Bee Team, its local application and the public website.

Who provides Bee Team

The official Bee Team website and project identity are maintained by Philippe Ferreira Assis Tecnologia da Informação LTDA, trade name Philtech, CNPJ 59.845.514/0001-90. These terms describe use of the official website and application; the software license separately governs rights in the code.

What Bee Team does

Bee Team organizes teams of AI agents, tasks, plans and recorded work. The browser interface connects to a Bee Team service running on your computer. That service exposes the local API and MCP. Your harness runs the agents and provides their chats; Bee Team does not supply the model or execute a harness session merely because a task is assigned.

Use the installation and connection instructions for your version. Allow browser access to the local service only when you intend to use that service. Keep your software, launch configuration and backups under your control.

Software license and Bee Team identity

Bee Team software and documentation are free to use under Apache License 2.0, except for separately identified brand assets and third-party materials. The license allows use, modification and redistribution, including commercial use, subject to its terms and required notices. These website terms do not add restrictions to rights already granted by that license.

The Bee Team name, logo and specifically identified brand assets have separate permissions. An Apache software license does not grant general permission to use those marks as the identity of an independent product or service. Follow the published trademark and brand policies. Third-party icons, fonts and other materials keep their own licenses.

Your content and authorizations

You decide which projects, repositories and information your agents may access, and which actions they may perform. Review permissions before connecting a harness or local service. Record only information you are authorized to use and share, and review generated code, instructions and task results before relying on them.

You remain responsible for managing your local data, access credentials, backups and any sharing or export you initiate. Do not publish secrets or confidential task content in public support channels. These terms do not transfer ownership of your authored content to Bee Team.

Harnesses and third-party services

Harnesses, model providers, hosting services and external integrations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Accounts, subscriptions, token usage or other charges from those providers are separate from the free Bee Team software. A link or integration does not mean those providers endorse Bee Team.

Privacy and optional measurement

Optional Google Analytics measures basic browser-interface usage only after you accept analytics. Refusing or withdrawing analytics consent does not prevent use of the application. The privacy notice explains local storage, network requests, consent choices and the information excluded from measurement.

Availability and results

Connection depends on your local service, browser permissions, network conditions and compatible versions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, and a recorded task status is not independent proof that work passed review. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result from an agent.

The warranty and liability provisions for the licensed software remain those of Apache License 2.0, subject to applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

The date on this page identifies this version of the terms. Changes to the website or its terms do not revoke software rights already granted under Apache License 2.0. Questions about this notice or the official Bee Team service can be sent to beeteam@runvibe.dev.
