# Bee Team brand assets

The Bee Team name, wordmark and project-specific logo are reserved brand identifiers under [TRADEMARKS.md](TRADEMARKS.md). Original copyrightable brand artwork identified below is excluded from the repository's Apache 2.0 grant. Rights in original Bee Team brand artwork are reserved by Philippe Ferreira Assis Tecnologia da Informação LTDA (trade name: Philtech), CNPJ 59.845.514/0001-90, subject to the limited permission below and any applicable third-party rights.

## Identified files and uses

In the application repository:

- `docs/assets/bee-team.svg`: the project's logo presentation.
- `frontend/public/icons/bee-192.png`, `bee-512.png` and `bee-maskable-512.png`: application identity artwork.
- The Bee Team name and logo as used together in headers, footers and application identity elements.

In the public-site repository:

- The Bee Team name and logo as used together in the landing page and documentation identity elements.
- Any exact copies of the application identity artwork listed above.

The reservation applies to the original brand artwork and its use as a source identifier, not to the entire source files containing a logo, the software that renders it, general page styling or reusable UI components. Unless specifically identified here or licensed separately, the code, documentation and original project artwork remain under Apache 2.0.

## Limited permission

You may copy and display the identified assets as supplied when using or redistributing unmodified official Bee Team software, and in truthful attribution, documentation, tutorials, reviews and screenshots identifying Bee Team. You may resize the artwork proportionally for those purposes. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free. It does not permit using the identity as the brand of a modified fork or an unrelated product or implying official endorsement. Other uses require written permission, except where permitted by law.

## Third-party materials

Bee Team's present hexagon presentation uses Lucide artwork. Lucide's own geometry and assets retain their existing open-source licenses; this document does not revoke or narrow those grants or claim exclusive ownership of the underlying shape. See the Lucide notice in `docs/team-role-icons-LICENSE` in the application repository and the installed Lucide package notices.

Harness icons, GitHub artwork, fonts and other third-party assets belong to their respective rights holders and retain their own licenses. See `frontend/public/harness-icons/LICENSE.txt` in the app and `public/harness-icons/LICENSE.txt` in the site. Do not interpret the Bee Team brand reservation as ownership of those materials.

Browser identity assets also include the Bee Team favicon SVG/ICO/PNG files and all Bee Team artwork under `public/icons/`. Existing third-party Lucide geometry retains its original license.
