Assign both tasks
In the lead chat
Create two tasks in the release board for this checkout. Ask Release Notes to draft the changes and known limitations. Ask Build Verification to record the commit tested, command, platform and outcome. Send each worker its task and comment IDs.Work in parallel
Open both assigned chats. Each worker checks its task, records its execution and posts results there. The notes worker can draft confirmed changes while the build runs.
